For Bivol? I don't know, Copp said they are working on a multi-fight deal.
Losing Beterbiev was huge for DAZN. If they had him and Bivol along with the young star of the division in Buatsi plus potentially Callum Smith? Then you had something there. Bunch of promising fighters/fights.
Now ESPN has Ramirez/Beterbiev/Gvozdyk/Alvarez/Kovalev. They have pretty much put a lock on the division for now. Bivol is essentially Crawford to the PBC WWs. A lone champ with the other three on another network.Comment

That's a great signing for Bob and ESPN. Beterbiev vs the winner of the Alvarez-Kov fight will be great.Comment

This is also big in the sense I think Hearn was targeting Beterbiev as the guy Buatsi would eventually fight to get a title. Bivol is going to be tough to put Buatsi in with anytime soon.
If Bivol hasn't officially signed with DAZN, he needs to go to ESPN as well. Lock up the LHW division completely.
From the big homie Dan Raffy
However, Michel's agreement with Beterbiev was tied to the fighter's deal with adviser Al Haymon, who recently released Beterbiev from the agreement rather than get into a legal battle over a potential contract breach for not providing him with enough fights, according to one of the sources with knowledge of the issues.
Once Haymon released Beterbiev (13-0, 13 KOs), 33 and a two-time Russian Olympian based in Montreal, the contract with Michel was also terminated, according to the source.
That made Beterbiev a free agent, and his team has talked to Hearn about a promotional deal but also had interest in going with Top Rank, with which they had a good experience when the company promoted Beterbiev's vacant world title victory over Enrico Koelling in November 2017. Top Rank promoted that fight because it won a purse bid while Beterbiev was in the midst of his legal tussle with Michel.Comment

Wtf is Beterbiev doing ?!
First he was on ESPN when he won the title...then he signed to DAZN and knocked Callum Johnson out. After that he was signed to fight Joe Smith, but the fight got cancelled/postponed. Then he cancelled the fight with Joe Smith again and now he is moving to ESPN again. His career has become a mess, a waste of talent. But I guess he wants Alvarez/Kovalev Winner and Gvozdyk, that's why he signed there. DAZN taking L'sComment

According to TVA Sports, IBF light heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev (13-0, 13 KOs) is going to be switching his alliance. The Canadian outlet reports that Beterbiev is going to part ways with streaming service DAZN, and instead jump on with Top Rank on ESPN. Apparently, Beterbiev will no longer be aligned with powerful manager Al Haymon, who is also the founder of Premier Boxing Champions.
