My take is, if he is so over-rated and has such a weak resume, why doesn't one of the top guys at 160 fight him for a tune up?

Andrade has a lot of potential but not quite the baddest nor considered the best. He needs to face the likes of Saunders, Jacobs, GGG, Canelo etc. Until then, he needs to shut up and should step up in competetion.
