Usyk has actually struggled with counter punchers and some of the best shots I've seen him hit with were by counters. Look at Bellew-Briedis, Bellew was beating him and Briedis nearly pulled off the upset.

Ortiz isn't some 1 dimensional, undersized guy like Gassiev either, he's a gifted boxer puncher, from the southpaw stance no less.
    I agree

The concern is Ortiz stamina at this stage, I mean dude is OLD. and if Usyk can at least make him fight at a higher pace than he'd like then Ortiz could end up in trouble late.

Basically Ortiz just needs to fight at his own pace, I'd actually start slow and just potshot for a few rounds if I was him

Great comment, agree completely. Counterpunchers do great against Usyk

Breidas is a faster puncher and fights better on the inside then Ortiz. Bellew was not beating Usyk..he isn't going to let bigger punchers get positioning on him. Usyk plays to his opponents weaknesses he will exploit Ortiz who has trouble hurting moving targets.

This is bad for Usyk, horrible matchup. He should stay at Cruiserweight and milk it. I dont wanna see an L on my boy Uysk's record so soon.

Ortiz would knock him out inside 7 rounds. To big, to strong for Usyk.
