The fighter he was in with tonight would make anyone look bad. He was hurky jerkie, very awkward and not hit easily

There was plenty thrown to put him in trouble. The boxer as with all good boxers move out of the way, roll or in this guy’s case ducks so low that he isn’t hit. Trust me I’ve seen many like this guy make champions look foolish because they literally cannot he hit cleanly. One such boxer was named Emanuel Augustus who made Mickey War and the great Floyd Mayweather look ridiculous

Haney just like all the other prospects keep getting fed pillow punchers. Haneys offensively excellent hes got a great jab and speed but he seems to lack power and got hit a lot tonight. Suprising consider Floyd Sr trains him.

It's easy to look good against who can't hurt you which is why I'm not sold on Haney Ryan Garcia, teofimo or Shakur

Na man just na you are giving this South African who kept his hand low the entire fight and couldnt throw a straight punch to save his life more credit than he deserves I will never post on this forum again if Ndongeni becomes a world champion his best win is against a faded Fana who Barrera knocked out over a decade ago at super featherweight. Im not trying to hate on the guy I respect him because he got in the ring and didnt back down but he was supposed to lose tonight. This was supposed to be a showcase fight for Haney and in my opinion he looked average got the win no doubt about it but thats about it.

Totally dominant performance! I think he needs another test like that! Edner Cherry! Let's Get It!

SKILLS PAY THE BILLS and to me he is probably the most WELL ROUNDED as far of BOXING SKILLS (with the exception of Shakur Stevenson maybe) and that will take him further than guys who are just scoring early KO's and not getting in rounds and developing into more well rounded fighters. The KO's make the Headlines and Highlights absolutely but the OVERALL SKILLS will get Haney to the Top and it will allow him to STAY THERE for a long time
Well said! The Commey vs. Chaniev fight is February 2nd. Would you let Haney fight April/May, or just wait for the possible title shot? I would like to see Haney vs. Edner Cherry, and then, if he looks as good as last night, take the shot! I also think Teofimo Lopez has "The Skills" too, but he's so strong, we haven't seen it yet! I would like to see Teofimo fight Pedraza, and then take a shot at Loma, before he goes to 140! His dad said Teofimo is going to 140 in 2020!
