what exactly do you think he's off about? Canelo has had a wbc belt for the better part of the past 8 yrs and was only asked to face a mandatory 1 time. (and he pouted and threw a fit about that). He has more catch weight fights than anyone in recent history (6 catch weight fights since 2014). Even had a catch weight fight with a half a pound included in it( 163.5 vs Chavez jr). He has more absurd scorecards than anyone I can think of ever (vs mayweather, trout, lara, cotto and ggg) he added a rehydration clause for his last fight, and even after 2 positive ped tests the wbc shamelessly made excuses for those tests and cleared him of any wrong doing. All of That doesn't sound at all corrupt or like overly favorable treatment??
