Farmer is a champion at his weight class.

It's better than bringing up a smaller guy who has no punching power and has been through lots of scraps.

“You could probably see a Gervonta Davis fight [with Farmer.] I think it’s probably inevitable,” said DiBella. “If it happens in 2019 it will be late in the year. It won’t be early because of Tevin’s contract with DAZN. But late in the year, it’s certainly a meaningful possibility.”

Did Farmer sign a three fight deal or something with DAZN? And the March fight would be the 3rd one on his contract? Farmer is getting paid a pretty penny being on DAZN. I mean he can take this one off fight with Davis, but then should go right back to DAZN and ask for even a bigger raise. A dude like him making what 500k per fight against lower tier fighters is pretty damn good if you ask me.
