May or June makes the most sense anyway
Okay? Wilder/Fury could be on ITV Box Office for all I care that is irrelevant. If Joshua/Whyte takes place in the same month and a week earlier than Wilder/Fury, then it will absolutely have an impact on the UK PPV sales. Why the hell does it matter if one takes place on BT Sports Box Office or not?

Wilder/Fury II can do around 500-700k UK PPV buys. But can it do that a week after Joshua/Whyte? Highly doubtful.

Looks like the rematch is happening in June in Las Vegas, plenty of time for them to heal up and get ready! If the UK wants it, they're going to have to outbid Vegas...

Not a comment from Frank saying BT were interested but a source there was a negotiation with BT Sports or actual bid from BT

Back to the point Fury won't derail the fight to take less money in UK if Vegas comes in with a serious site fee like it's expected

A defeated fighter would want the rematch over an undisputed one , that's what non confident fighters do . Avoid the tougher fight for far more money in hopes he can undo the cherry pick gone wrong.

He says Warren never said anything. He lied straight out the gate but we should take his word for it?

Warren had no reason to lie. He doesn't even like Hearn, Hearn is his biggest rival.

The PPV would make more money than anything Sky would front and SKY is the bigger platform than BT. They didn't want the fight, it was a PR stunt. "We're interested let's sit down and discuss the fight" wasn't good enough for them, instead they were asking for Joshua to publicly agree, they cancelled meeting etc saying they wouldn't discuss the fight until he did. All BS from a team that had no intention of making the fight.
If Sky has a set amount that they are willing to offer, just like MGM Resorts was only willing to put up so much money for Cotto-Alvarez, then Anthony Joshua holds the bag. I can't envision a world where Sky Sports values Joshua-Wilder less than Warren does, at any time of the day, but if that's the case, Wilder gets his fair value of the UK money and Joshua is shorted on his piece of the UK money, as the cost of being guaranteed his asked for $50m on the front end.

                You can't be this dumb.

Eddie Hearn lowballed the offer to Wilder, with Wilder's US broadcaster not getting the rights to the fight in the US, and you're saying what? gtfoh
