He should move up to heavyweight. I'd love to see him and Whyte get into a scrap.

I agree. Hydrated against Usyk they looked 220lbs. A Gassiev that doesn’t have to make 200lbs I imagine would be a beast on the Heavyweight scale at 225lb? When Gassiev loads up and rips shots he’s on that bad intentions tip, so i think his power would do well there. Should he still be with Sanchez?

I was thinking John David Jackson?

I think Robert Garcia would do great work with Gassiev, if I am to be honest.

Whyte may be too big and strong for Gassiev, but I see Gassiev as having a lot of potential and talent. Also, probably a bit better conditioning.

I agree, but as we all know the problem with Garcia is he has toooo many fighters as did Roach and some didn’t get the full benefit or regimen. I think that’s what happened to Postol as an example. That’s why I say John David Jackson. I don’t think he has his hands full?

Abel Sanchez taught him a particular style but it made him kind of 1 dimensional...he can definitely improve. If Plan A doesn't work it looks like Abel doesn't have a Plan B for Gassiev to follow. He is still relatively young

              I totally agree
And I find that is the case by many of the other fighters that Abel has trained
One dimensional with no answers if change is needed
Abel is overrated big time imo
