Whyte slams Wilder for ducking, cowardice

In this article going back to spring 2018, Whyte spots Wilder as a ducker, even able to prove it with a text he has from Wilder bragging about not having to do anything for a couple years. While Whyte and Joshua have always tried to fight the best, including each other, Wilder has shown zero interest in fighting Joshua, and wants no part of Whyte either. As we now know, Wilder took the Fury fight thinking it would be an easy touch due to Fury being back from drug and alcohol issues, as well as Fury having pitty patty hands must have led Wilder to believe that fight would give him an easy W and a bit of credibility. The fight didn't raise much interest though, as promoters had to give away thousands of tickets for free and won't release the ppv numbers as it seems the fight was a commercial flop. In the fight, he was soundly beaten by Fury only to get a gift on the cards while the Englishman went home wondering why the USA has become such a haven for these types of outrageous robberies.
So instead of this giving Wilder added credibility, it seriously damaged his already flimsy credentials and now many of the more balanced US boxing community have turned on him for his refusal to answer Joshua's pleas for a fight. This is what we all need to do now as fans, call out Wilder for holding the belt hostage and not taking the fight we all want to see. The funny thing is, Wilder has even stopped denying that Joshua wants the fight, brazenly announcing to his fans that Joshua and Hearn are indeed making him very lucrative offers as they are "begging" for the fight. Even this though, does not deter some of his few remaining followers, who are already trying to make a case for Wilder to fight Breazeale instead of Joshua, even if Fury is not in shape for a rematch !
It is likely Wilder will continue to fight the weakest possible opponents that he can get away with, while AJ just seeks out the best opponent who is willing to fight him.
Personally, I do not believe we will ever see Wilder man up and act like a proper champion. The belts won't get unified until someone else takes the hostaged belt away from Wilder, and then takes the big occasion at Wembley with the WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO belts of Joshua's at stake.

DEONTAY WILDER can add Dillian Whyte to a growing list of enemies this side of the Atlantic after the Brixton brawler labelled him a “coward”.

Fury got knocked on his ass twice and he DID NOT win every round that he was not knocked down in. He lost a couple of those 10 rounds as well by doing next to nothing and less than Wilder did. The correct score was 114 to 112 in my opinion and the opinion of most neutral non English observers. It wasn't a 116 to 110 win for Fury and a robbery. The English judge scored the fight a draw preventing a Fury win. England is much worse that the USA when it comes to robbing visiting boxers who fight popular English boxers in England. Whyte has only defeated one top contender in Parker. Chisora was not top a top 10 contender when he fought Whyte in either fight. Nobody else Whyte beat was top 10 either. So who is Whyte to trash Wilder's record? You are another very bias English poster. Not all the English posters on here are bias but some sure are.

If Browne was top 10 then that is just sad..and all Chisora does is lose so why is this such a great win?

Sad? He was an unbeaten former title holder.

He was no former title holder, he failed his drug test so erase that fight and tell me who he defeated to make him top 10

He beat Chagaev. That's more than half the top 10 now. That's better than Ortiz's best win, but you cream over him.

What's so great about Ortiz? Who has Wilder beat? Lets hold Wilder to the same standards you are holding others to Larry. Browne was top 10 because nobody wants to fight each other. They are taking the Wilder approach of fighting nothing but bums until they are rewarded with a title shot.
