It was made public knowledge rematch and % were added that AJ was providing these and you just said about the date and venue.
Usually you hear from Wilder if the offer is rubbish, so I was pointing out that this could very well indicate it wasn't like you suggested.
Can you understand this or is this too much for you to compute?Comment

pillow feasted fury the killer
HBP patient the ortiz
Stirverne
Spilka
Arreloa
Washington
Molina and co
These are the toughest fights in HW. Wilder only takes tough fights.
Whyte
Breazeale
Wlad
Parker
Takam
Podvetkin and co
Are all very easy fights.

Yeah, I agree. Though the Pianeta and Seferi fights were treated, by Fury, as a joke.
Ortiz genuinely struggled to take Kauffman out. That's not to say that Ortiz wouldn't have won on points but considering what is happening in the HW division now, Ortiz should be beating the likes of Kauffman very quickly if he is the fighter that a lot of fans think he is and even at the age he is.
On the flip side, at Ortiz's age, he doesn't or shouldn't need the rounds, if he wants to put himself up for another shot at a title; he needs big, quick knockouts to cement a position for a shot before retiring. IMO.Comment

If the new offer was poor, trust me, wilder and finkel would have screamed the earth down.
They remain silence cos they are not interested in the fight yet.
Don't be fooled.
The media nearly got deaf when the $15mil offer was made and everybody that cares to know knew about it.
They have a hidden agenda.Comment

Also, to highlight the difference in the way that Joshua and Wilder both took out Molina.pillow feasted fury the killer

Against Wilder, Molina had a real go. 9 rounds!
Against Joshua, he spent most of the time cowering from a barrage of big shots. 3 rounds.
Molina lost to Breazeale, Joshua beat Breazeale easily. It makes sense, to see the difference between Wilder and Joshua, for Wilder to fight Breazeale.
I really want to see that.Comment

His management needs to start sending contracts to other fighters. He can't be at the receiving end all the time.
Boxing is no sympathy sport. Him and his management has to man up.Comment

Good point about the media but I assume this has gone out the window since Hearns said they was getting ghosted by Finkel. Wilder did say AJ is begging for the FIGHT no mention of lowballs and that he would't do it for 28 mil even as he wants the Fury fight, which is fair.Joshua is begging...but you don't know if he is begging Wilder to take another low ball offer.
Wilder is not complaining...but you forget that Hearn said they both agreed to keep negotiations out the media.
Here is what I have noticed, not one single Joshualite has addressed the fact that the stated opinion of Whyte, a UK boxer promoted by Hearn, agrees with that of many fans, especially the Wilderites. No one is attacking Whyte like the posters who previously stated that same opinion got attacked.
To address what Whyte is saying firstly he is not AJ's promoter or friend even so he has no requirement be "nice". It also benefits Whyte saying that he himself is a dangerous fighter and going with one of the narratives out there that AJ is avoiding dangerous fights.
Whether true or not (whole other debate) including himself in this group of fighters makes him appear more dangerous, generates more hype for a fight with AJ and produces lovely soundbytes for the media to use increasing public awareness of him. Miller has done exactly the same but he's the one being touted as the easy fight now Whyte has said it. Plus if we're taking Whyte at his word he's said similar stuff about Wilder especially in regards to him being afraid of Whyte. Logically as well do you really think AJ isn't fighting Whyte next? Wilder appears to be busy, they will not fight Miller in UK as he is AJ's US meal ticket, Khan Brook isn't happening, Wembely is booked, AJ has alway talked about the Whyte rematch (seems to be his favourite opponent) and Whyte is an inhouse fighter.Last edited by Jax teller; 01-08-2019, 05:12 AM.Comment

Not even once during the cause of the fight.
But immediately wilder came into the picture, the lineal stuff was brought out under the carpet to paint the fight.Comment
