Comments Thread For: Sparring Partner Expects Pacquiao To Hit Broner All Night Long

Undefeated Australian contender George Kambosos Jr. (15-0, 9 KOs) has warned that reigning World Boxing Association "regular" welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao is really sharp with his counter-punching abilities. Kambosos is one of Pacquiao's main sparring partners during the ongoing training camp, which is currently playing out at the Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood, California.

If he has faster hands than Broner and a better counterpuncher he must be really good. Why isn't he fighting Broner?

probably but Pac's feet are not as fast as they once were nor are his reflexes. I expect Pac to generally outbox Broner but I also am thinking that if Broner can time Pac coming in or going out he could do some real damage.

I have to agree with the sentiment shown here but all it takes is one shot, Horn bullied Pac for 12 rounds, Broner floored Porter hard in the final round of their fight it only takes one punch. Broner just needs to be active for once, when he's throwing punches he's pretty effective. Manny won't have a round off though so it could be a long night for AB.

Never heard of him. But the pics show Pacquiao landing his right jab but his left hand is still extremely low. Thats how marquez timed him and Mayweather tried to as well.

Horn was allowed to greco roman him the whole night, anyone will slow down when your being leaned on that often.

Are the "Pacquiao is in Beast Mode" articles out yet? I can't remember if that comes before him displaying his blazing speed, destroying sparring partners, and Roach predicting a KO, and mentioning a Mayweather rematch.

For the record, George is not faster or a better counter puncher in comparison to Broner. That is ridiculous.

I'm not a Broner fan either but I've seen Kambosos Jr fight and he is an average up and comer. Nothing special whatsoever
