  • Comments Thread For: Dillian Whyte: I Heard Rumor Joshua Will Face Miller at MSG

Dillian Whyte is starting to have his doubts regarding the scenario of facing Anthony Joshua in a rematch on April 13 at Wembley Stadium in London. On December 22, Joshua was ringside at The O2, as he watched Whyte's sensational knockout of Dereck Chisora in the eleventh round. Afterwards, Joshua and Whyte traded heated words and the rematch appeared to be on schedule.

Nah, Shyte is a lock for Joshua's next opponent. They need to build up Miller a little more.

Makes $ense, Plus AJ seems to want an MSG appearance. Vs. Miller is perfect.
(Whyte is a step backwards for AJ)

I'd rather Miller than a second Whyte fight to happen first

This is about control. If he switches Miller and Whyte, he can do Miller as an optional defense and Whyte later in the year as the WBO mandatory. If he fights Whyte now Jennings would be the WBO mandatory later in the year, and Arum will have a go at a purse bid. This way keeps 2019 in house.

Nah, Joshua vs Miller II is too big of a money maker in the UK. It's next.

No way, with Khan picking Crawford Eddie doesn't have anything else to fill that Wembley date. Whyte is a much bigger fight in the UK and more lucrative as well, Hearn will do everything in his power to get the Whyte fight done.

The thing is nobody disputes he deserves a title shot. He has paid his dues. However, if he faces AJ it will be a one way beat down. His balance is still atrocious. In a ideal World AJ vs Wilder and Fury vs Whyte. Whyte will lose but that will be his opportunity to really win fight fans across the world over if he was to do the unthinkable and beat Fury.

                    AJ vs Fury
                    Wilder vs Whyte

                    Would also be good
