No he can't in my opinion. If a boxer fights too light his chin will suffer from being without full fluids but Mikey never did that. Mikey will have the same chin at 147 that he has at 140 and Spence will knock him out just wait and see. Cotto's chin looked terrible in his final fight at 154 against a light punching welterweight.
That has to do with age too. Cotto was a blown up WW for sure tho
