He passes the eyeball test but his record says otherwise. Until he steps it up he is in the top 5 WW to me but not #1.

Rating him because he beat a fighter that got a gift in the Pac fight just is not enough for me

Yeah, Crawford shouldn't be so high on the P4P list.

          it's true.

There is this weird American thing in boxing. ANY american prospect is instantly rated higher simply due to the fact they are American.

We just saw a dude come out of semi retirement completely out of his prime (korbov) hes like 38.. outclass one of those hypejobs. I honestly thinks it's because the US is where the money is and we've always dominated boxing.

Things are changing and some folks are scrrrd, it's truly an international sport.

He was best fighter at 135 and 140 that's not even debatable he had decent run at LW beat Burns Beltran and Gamboa

Let’s see what he does in stacked welterweight now

Jeff 'The Hornet' Horn was #1 Welterweight in the World, #7 P4P when Crawford beat him with ease.

That win is better than any of the other welters' wins. Easily.

It suited a lot of people to rubbish Horn rather than appreciate how well Crawford handled him. At the top of the hater list are the Packy fan boys who automatically hate anyone who beats their idol, then there were the Americans who were initially upset that some unknown foreigner could disturb their game so it suited them to denigrate Horn's performance, which unfortunately was far from his best which did not help.

His resume isn't stellar but he's the real deal. Yes, he's been hyped but he's not a fabricated talent.

The fight I want to see most is Crawford-Spence.
