Maybe you are right when you put it that way. Now I am not sure either Prograis or Taylor could do what Crawford did.
Anyway Crawford beat a prime Postol easily and unified 140 so he gets the credit and not two other good 140 pounders who might have been able to do what he did.

YES! We already seen what Prograis did to Indongo and I think Josh Taylor would as well as we was able to see him vs Postol. I would no doubt pick those guys to beat: Ricky Burns, Viktor Postol and Julius Indongo which is who Crawford beat to unify.

That is not to discredit Crawford, I think Crawford is a BEAST and his P4P Status is very legit SKILL WISE but no 140 wasn't that good during his run to unify. However, lets be fair at the time Postol and Indongo was looking good when Crawford fought them

Absolutely not, Taylor would struggle even more with a more confident and undefeated Iceman Postol!

You can tell the inactivity hurt Postol as he found his groove late in the fight against Taylor and the fight should’ve been scored much much closer than them judges did!

I personally had Taylor winning by 2 or 3 points!

Now Prograis, I think he can win but Postol would be the hardest due the reach and Prograis likes to come forward in straight lines which is right in Postol’s wheelhouse!

Indongo and Dulorme won’t be a problem for the Tartan Tornado and Rougarou!

Title was vacant after Bud moved up to 147. New lineage was started after 1 and 2 fought.

That was only in March. He's stated he still wants to fight at 140 so it's his until he loses it in the ring or gives it up.

Would have been interesting to see Prograis and Taylor at 140 in the 2008-2013 era.

I think Regis would've knocked Postol out tbh
