"Floyd is so afraid to lose, and he grew up in a different era. In the era that I grew up in, it was about 'who is the best and I will fight anybody in my way.' In Floyd's era, it was a bout 'we're not gonna lose, because if we lose everything is gonna be messed up.'

Shane is 5 years and some months older than Floyd. They are NOT from different eras. Shane moved up to higher weight classes first as he was older so they were at different weight classes for some time but a 5 age gap is not a new era in a sport that is 100+ years old.

Shane is that annoying ass guy at work that is a few years older than you always talking about what life was like back in the day growing up. STFU already.

A fighter who ISN'T afraid to lose is a loser...

I'm sure Mosely meant it as a negative and I can see the special ed fans are co-signing.

This is probably the dumbest statement I've seen from a professional boxer.

Which fighter goes into a fight thinking, "I guess it wouldn't be such a bad thing if I lost this one."

        GTFOH!

Floyd disrespected Mosley until he finally got him in the ring. Shane had been running terrified of him for 10+yrs. Fact is Mosley only fought Floyd because Jin took all his money. He never had any intentions on fighting Floyd until he went broke and that hurts him deep inside. Good thing for the internet because people will lie quick

Everybody likes to ignore these facts you just posted

And the fact that hbo was ready to make mosley vs floyd in 2006 and mosley declined.

            Floyd waited doe

This is a fact, not an opinion.

hbo offered mosley the floyd fight in 2006 and mosley declined

              But somehow, Floyd ducked?

Bragging about losing fights is exactly the type of simpleton mindset that leads to half your assets being given to your wife in a divorce. First Floyd humiliated him inside the ring (2nd round notwithstanding), then the gold-digging hoe humiliated him in a court of law.

See, this guy bought in all the way with Floyd's strategy.
Most the dudes Floyd fought that you claim were the best at the time had already been knocked out, beaten to a pulp and embarrassed way before little Floyd would fight them. Then they win a fight against a name when they're old and he's suddenly eager to get in the ring with them.

His career from 2007 on was a masterfully executed ruse.

Funny that some say that Floyd waited on people like he doesn't age himself.

Anybody that fought Floyd after the loss they were categorized as bums or the win got discredited.

To my recollection there has never been a fighter that retired and came back to make as much money as Floyd for two circus fights

but just asks yoself this, if he didnt demand blood test like in any of his 30 or so fights, the fight would have been made right? i dont care if pac was juicing, etc. IF floyd never came out and asks for random test which he has never done in his previous fights, the fight would have been made, plain and simple. i dont care about "pac should have just agreed" etc. floyd went out of character for that move and yall know it! even got a lot of the african americans mad at him! a lot of folks didnt agree with his move. michael irvin was one! this aint a secret!
He offered pac a two week cut off of no blood being drawn before fight and he still refused because drawing a little bit of blood two weeks out will make him weak come fight night I can post the espn interview if you would like a refresher
