I do believe that andrade beats all the other 160lbers. But it's time to stop talking and get it done.

I know his new promoter likes to protect certain fighters of his but Andrade has way more ability than any of the other marquee fighters currently at matchroom that come to mind.

When he could have fought Andrade who had the WBO belt, Canelo was fighting Kirkland, a washed up Cotto, Amir Khan, and after Andrade was stripped Liam Smith. There was some reason Canelo didn't want Andrade.

Virgil Hunter said Andrade has better boxing skills than Lara, with more power, 4 inches taller, and is also a southpaw. That's from a well respected trainer who worked with both. I thought Lara did enough to beat Canelo, but lost a split decision.

As far as ducking Charlo, that is BS. His promoter at the time accepted the fight on short notice without consulting Andrade. Andrade signed to fight the next month so he could have a proper training camp, and it was Charlo that said no, and instead fought Vanes M.

Like him or not, he will give anyone at 160 a run for their money.

Unless Jacobs signs with DAZN, I think Andrade will fight Canelo in May! Jacobs is a free agent, but he says he "intends" on continuing with Hearn, but I haven't read anything regarding a new contract yet!

I've completely lost faith in the 160-pound division. Canelo v Golovkin I & II decisions were rubbish, Jocabobs took nearly two years to fight someone decent, the Charlo's can't beat journeymen, BJS is shot and boo boo is full of it to too.
**** the lot of them except GGG and Lemieux - the only two authentic fighters in the division.

I'll be waiting for the 175 pond fights and let the pretenders with PBC keep shafting the fans.

Sometimes fighters can use that excuse of being ducked despite supposedly being"the truth",but in Andrades case hes already shown throughout his career that hes completely average. Numbers don't lie,& hes been KD by 3 journeyman forgettables & has a million excuses yet will do anything to duck a fight(like he did charlo). Why isn't this clown running it back vs Saunders? Instead he chose Saunders leftovers,whom despite having arguably beat BJS,Akavov was facing the worst version of Saunders ever seen whod lost more than 50 lbs after being horribly inactive & fighting in high school rec centers.

Andrade just needs to stay busy. He did take the Saunders fight so some of us know he's willing to fight good fighters, others will always cry. I'm sure the WBO orders that eventually anyway.

Yup. Saunders lost it, but "booboo" didn't win it from him. He was beaten by PED. He tried to cheat, got busted, and now he's back. Andrade has the style that have the best chance of beating Saunders convincingly. I'd love to see it.
