Canelo is easily the biggest cash cow in boxing right now since Floyd left. Joshua is huge and clearly number 2 but not up with Canelo yet.

The article says that Canelo ended up making something like $50m on the first fight, likely counting his take on the PPV, live event with MGM Resorts, his Mexican TV money, his personal sponsors, and whatever other money he got.
