Conor genuinely believed he just needed to catch Floyd clean and it'd be over, like he was some biscuit chin UFC Featherweight. He hit him with a flush uppercut and Floyd didn't blink.

Even this kid today, i think he believed in his record and knockout record and think his speed and punching could get to Floyd.

Great to have the self belief but maybe now some people will start to be realistic about it. Then again, even McGregor's coach still doesn't realise Floyd carried his man, so i don't know.

I've seen UFC fans today calling out for Floyd v Khabib. Floyd should do it and take him out in a round or two. He could've done that to McGregor if he had actually thrown shots from the start.
