Matchroom fights lined up for 2019

Is it 100% confirmed that Big Baby is fighting January 18? I was going to cancel DAZN and sign back up when there was a fight I cared about, but Big Baby is must see TV for me, so if he's really on that card, I won't cancel yet.

If they can talk Parker into fighting Usyk. Otherwise they probably go with Takam for the HW debut.

I certainly think that's a possibility as well, depending on how quickly stuff gets done I think the winner of a Hunter/Takam fight could get Usyk

If you look on boxrec for example he is already scheduled on that date. I suspect they would consider moving it back if the right fight came up however I’m fully expecting him on that date for the moment

It’s pretty impressive to go 6 months strong. ( Sept-Feb ) without 1 intriguing fight on the schedule

Looks like Hearns taking the HBO 2018 model and going full force with it

Seriously though after 1/2 a year is it to much to ask for Hearn , who should have the clout to put together at least 1 good fight on that fans care about

I don't see it being Parker. He's just on the comeback trail, and that would be going 1-3 in his last four fights.

I don't like this fight for Usyk yet. Takam is quite skillful and can frustrate and make Usyk look bad for the entire fight. Maybe he should start with a few cans at the higher weight, someone like Price would be perfect.

Agree with Usyk vs Price. And If I was Pricey I'd go all out for 2/3 rounds throwing bombs. Be hilarious if the big truck knocked out Usyk in a round

disagree. If you stood next to both guys and had a conversation, Fielding looks like the guy who sold me my cell phone, but Pricey although he doesn't look it on TV, is a big intimidating (looking) guy in person
