Doesn’t seem like a very long time for strength and conditioning especially when you’ve never done it. Is it even long enough to make a difference?

I agree Big Stomps. Not to brag but I usually do 300 to 400 pushups every other day. Today I did 600 and it was a struggle. Pushing yourself will always make you sore. No pain, no gain as they say. Best of luck to Mikey. Is it a huge challenge? That's what life is all about. Hoping for a great fight!Comment

Everyone here has nothing but an opinion and all will tune in just because of the greatness of both fighters. If Spence destroys Garcia he was supposed to now if he lose he was over rated and hadn’t fought anyone and I knew he was just a basic fighter but not special. It's not a bullshet article. Mikey has never done push-ups, pull-ups, crunches, he's never worked out with weights before.
It's totally understandable to be sored from your whole body if you're doing all that for the first time in your life..
You've obviously never been sored like that before since you've never worked out a day in your life before..

I doubt if you know anything about Mikey's training. Pull ups, push ups, crunches, and weights are not a rare thing for professional boxers. If its the first time in his life he's done them, his trainers must be wet behind the ears like you. I doubt if they are though, and they don't need idiots like you to justify anything so ridiculous.
I don't give a flying fucc how old you are...
If you've never done push-ups in your life and if all of a sudden you woke up one day and decided to do a hundred push ups then you're gonna be sored as fucc for the next few days after that!
