not true.. mexicans have options that's why they can hate guys like canelo, etc. they have options! canelo is not the only great boxer out of mexico. where as for filipino's, they are short on fighters. so whoever makes it to the big stage, they are gonna root for that guy. its natural instinct.

I think you are right. My neighbor is Filipino and every time Pacquiao fights he has a huge fight party. I always go being a Pacquiao fan myself.

I say Filipinos. I had a Filipino couple over watching the Pacquiao/Cotto fight. The wife started crying in the beginning when it appeared Cotto was getting the better of Pacquiao.
