Not at all. Relations between Mexicans and Blacks are probably at an all time high.
Is racial tension between Blacks and Mexicans at an all time high?

Please report to the Department of Public Control for immediate extended debriefing and potential termination. No, not at all. Now if we could just get the media to all agree to show repeated instances of Mexican on black crime only or vice versa they can quickly whip up a storm and set race relations back decades.
If only the media was mostly controlled by a select few people and could do all of that, it would take them a few months to get the Mexicans and blacks to hate each otherComment

Racial tension is at an all time high (since the Civil Rights Movement).
It is a direct consequence of identity politics and a shift in the ********ic Party's position to embrace 'diversity'.
You can thank ***** and Hilary for that.Comment

As someone who grew up in southern california in the 90s and early 2000s then moved and lived 11 years in the south east, then moved back to cali last year...
On the contrary, relations between the black and mex community has actually grown and improved astronomically.
I think a major factor is that gang culture is dying out, now people make fun of cholo dudes and gangstas its really corny now...
I think blacks and mexicans never hated eachother on a racist level like as in the way rednecks of the south and blacks hate each other, i think with mexicans and blacks it has always been more gang related than anything.Comment
