A realistic wish list for 2019...

Certain fights we know just aren’t going happen (AJ-Wilder, Crawford-Spence, Loma-Mikey) but here’s a list of things that I’m optimistic will happen in 2019.

-A Fury-Wilder rematch to continue the resurgence of HW boxing in the US.

    -A Spence-Porter unification at 147.

-The WBSS sorts out whatever issues there facing and continue having the best face the best.

    - A unification at 126, 4 great champions who all matchup well stylistically, Warrington-Valdez is most likely IMO.

-Canelo-GGG 3, it’s not as interesting as it was but it’s still the biggest and best fight at 160.

-Jacobs-Andrade, both with DAZN, why not?

-Hurd-Charlo, whether Charlo has a belt or not, this is a good fight, let’s see it.

-Floyd Mayweather to stay retired and Manny Pacquiao to retire, they’ve had great careers let’s enjoy the memories instead of tarnishing them.

Jacobs and Andrade isn't happening anytime soon. Both have said as much due to their friendship and would only fight each other for all four belts. I think both will wait for the fight with Canelo.

My personal wishlist is that the WBSS still goes ahead much like you are asking which should bring a star making final in Prograis-Taylor.

I want the following (realistic) fights :-

      Gvozdyk-Ramirez
Any matches between Bivol-Gvozdyk-Beterbiev-Jack-Kovalev/Alvarez II winner
      Jacobs-Canelo
      Smith-Uztetegui
      Russell-Santa Cruz
      Estrada-Rungvisai II
The continuation of Superfly perhaps on DAZN
      Any matches between Estrada-Rungvisai-Ioka-Nietes-Ancajas-Yafai
Ramirez-Hooker or either guy vs. WBSS winner

I'd like to see Crawford get an opponent worth talking about. Perhaps the WBSS winner or Ramirez since PBC guys won't happen. For Lomachenko I want to see him fight the IBF title next and Berchelt.

If we were to get the above mentioned fights 2019 will be a good year.

                Fury v Wilder II

                GRJ v LSC/Frampton

                Hurd v Munguia

Crawford v Pacquiao/Danny Garcia/Thurman (since he's talking so much trash)

Usyk v Wilder (Usyk outboxes and wins) - Wilder too small of HW

Gervonta v Loma (Gervonta likely ducks)

                Canelo v Jacobs

Gennady v Jermall or Andrade or BJS

                Kovalev v Adonis Stevenson (superman)

                Joshua v Whyte
