No he was referring to the pros. Right now ukraine is dominating. Not even close.I'm sure he's referring to all time. Russia and Kazakhstan both have loads of talent rising up the ranks, while Ukraine hasn't had as many great fighters in the recent years coming up the ranks.
in the 2016 Olympics, Kazakhstan had 10 fighters and 4 medals. Russia had 9 fighters and 3 medals. Ukraine had 5 fighters, and 4 never made it out of the round of 32.Comment

LMAO, give me the examples of russian and kazakhs dominance. You don't have any, do ya?The thing to keep in mind here is that this is the golden generation of Ukrainian boxing. Their 2012 Olympic class is one of the best of all time.
However, the 2016 class was not very strong, and neither was the 2008 class. You'll notice there aren't many fighters from those other teams that have really made it, in fact I don't think there are any.
So while this current class is very strong, there's no guarantee that future classes will be as well.
Ukraine has been hit or miss in terms of pro boxing. They're not as dominant as Russians or Kazakhs.
It's a golden ukrainian generation, no doubt about it. But still they not the first champs either in amateurs or in pros, and I can asure you Ukraine is ahead of Russia and Kazakhstan in both ams and prosComment

3 ukranians as champs in the division with two holding the WBC and two in the top 5 p4p. It's not even close. There are more ukranians coming out in the pro scene. There's never been a dominant ethnically khazah champ. GGG was half russian half korean.LMAO, give me the examples of russian and kazakhs dominance. You don't have any, do ya?

Yeah I follow Amateurs so you could see the rise years ago when they started to beat the Cubans.
Loma, Usyk, Gvozdyk, Khytrov, Shelestyuk, Postol, Shabranskyy just to name a few I remember a lot of those guys in AIBA and WSB so props to them
The Kazakhstan fighters are next...
Daniyar Yeleussinov
Ivan Dychko
Batyrzhan Jukembayev
Ali Akhmedov
Just to name a few...
Nobody HATE Eastern Europeans
it is just unfortunate that those guys get used for ignorant people little Anti American Fighters Agenda but a lot of these guys are NOTHING like some of the Idiots who Support Them for their own reasons

I'm Ukrainian and I must admit that our 4 champs have nothing to do with the particular country. Loma, Usyk and Gvozdyk are just guys that were trained by Anatoly Lomachenko. And Dalakian is just a sole champ (each country can have one champ). So far nothing that makes Ukraine special, sadly for me. It's just Papachenko, currently nominated for Ring's 2018 Trainer of the Year. And it's sad that the doesn't train amateur Olympic team anymore - he could've easily grow more guys like Usyk and Gvozdyk. But Loma is special - he was born P4P #1.Comment
