If Canelo fights GGG again, on May 4th, he should be doing it without the WBC title! He should be fighting another champion, whether @ 160, or 168! If not, he should be stripped!

This is a winnable fight for Jacobs. I don't see Canelo stopping him. I think Jacobs does a better job than Golovkin believe it or not. This is also a better match up for him than when he fought Golovkin.

Canelo will wreck Jacobs body early and eventually KO him late w/t a two punch combo. 1st a hook to the body followed up w/t an uppercut to Danny’s glass chin. Don’t forget what Canelo does to chinny fighters i.e. Khan, Kirkland, Cintron etc..

Why should he be stripped? Those are the two biggest and most meaningful fights for him. No one wants to see Andrade right now and Charlo just “lost” and would be seen as a cherry pick.

Danny is the WBA mandatory if I’m not mistaken and GGG the WBCs #1 as well.

Andrade is WBO MW Champ, and Jacobs is IBF MW Champ. I don't have a problem with Canelo unifying with either one of them! GGG is NOT a champion! Add to that, the WBC ordered GGG to fight Charlo in a final eliminator, and he declined! If Canelo is going to fight someone without a title, it has be Jermall Charlo, who has been the WBC interim champion since April! If Canelo fights anyone who is NOT a champion, the WBC must strip him!

As far as Charlo vs. Korobov, I have to respectfully disagree! Korobov did well, but not good enough to win! Charlo doesn't shine as well vs. southpaws! Andrade and Saunders should be seriously considering challenging him!

Rob Brant is the 160 WBA regular champion, he is technically the mandatory
To Canelo but so is Lemieux w/t his victory against Spike he also became one of Canelo’s mandatories for the WBA. Canelo can push back any mandatories as long as he’s fighting a unification bout which Jacobs would be since he’s the champ @ 160 for the IBF.

Don’t know if you ever heard of Adonis Stevenson but he rarely face any mandatories in his reign @ 175 and he was never stripped by the WBC. The WBC learned their lesson the 1st time around if they try to force Canelo to fight someone he’ll throw their belt to the trash and move on Suliman ain’t stripping Canelo anytime soon you can bet on that.

Dont see any way that Jacobs could beat Canelo . He wont stop him and he has 0 chance on the cards . Canelo will catch him and drop him at some point probably wont get the KO though
