Because even if Joshua beats Wilder, Fury and Wilder have unfinished business.
I just think Joshua squeezing in would ruin the momentum. And while a point can be made that Fury won, I don't think it's mathematically possible to win a fight comfortably after losing two 10-8 rounds.

I think there would still be demand for a Wilder - Joshua fight even after a Fury loss, but I don't see any demand for a Fury rematch if Wilder loses to Joshua and Joshua went on to fight Fury. Perfect scenario would be Wilder vs Fury winner fights Joshua.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I've never been into rematches.

        I wasn't into GGG/Canelo II, Ward/Kovalev II, Mayeather/Maidana II. None of them.

And all those fights went exactly how people predicted. It's boring.

First two ones NEEDED to happen, and Fury - Wilder 2 needs to happen for the exact same reasons.

I had it 115-11 Fury. So whilst not exactly 120-108. I meant comfortably as in he was a clear winner without doubt, that's how I saw it. Whereas Kovalev vs Ward 1 I had Kovalev 114-113, but totally can accept that Ward won as it as so close.

Besides the fights you mentioned, I want to see the up and comers and future contenders to make big steps.

Hrgovic should be ready to fight hammer/wach/szpilka next year.

              Joyce against any top20 guy.

Some solid opponents for gorman, dubois, yoka, dychko, teslenko.

Then those guys deeper in their careers should start to fight live opponents. That chinese guy that was supposed to fight ustinov.
Kuzmin should get in with helenius.

Whats happened to kabayal? Dude outboxed chisora easily, who is now apparently a decent scalp and then he hasnt followed it up yet.

It's all a question of which fight you want to see.

If you want to see Wilder/Fury II -- more power to you.

                I've already seen that fight.

While I completely respect your opinion and can see how a 115 - 11 could be possible, I don't think any of the fighters did enough to win any of other 10 rounds convincingly and Wilder was the main aggressor the whole fight, but just let's just agree to disagree. And nice to have a meaningful and objective boxing conversation on this board for once.

                  Merry Christmas boss
