Looked like both brothers were chewing leather all night! Dropping their guard and missing on the offensive! Sloppy work is what i saw. They good, but not the best.

he's not a power puncher or finisher at all. he's a good boxer with absolutely no finishing skill or desire. if you watch the uzcategui fight you could see he drops him twice and is content to box his way to a decision. his last 4 fights against bums he didn't stop one of them. this was an easy win on paper for charlo. people will forget this fight. not the hardcores but the average trump voting idiot fan willComment

Also note that he was training for a 162 lb catchweight fight prior to getting the call to fight Charlo, so he had only days to drop the additional 2 lbs. That plus the only fight he had in the 2 years previous was a 6 rounder.
Korobov used to be a really good fighter, but since running into that punch from Andy Lee in 2014 (the same punch that Quillin said hello to), his career nosedived and while the early skills can still be seen, age and inactivity have had their toll.
As a self-acclaimed elite, Charlo should have dominated in the same way as Canelo and Hurd recently did against overmatched opponents. When fighting someone below your level, its not the winning, its the HOW. You need to demonstrate you are at a different level (like Canelo and Hurd did). Charlo failed to do that.Comment

As for the Charlo 'I was distracted by my brothers loss' line. If Charlo had dominated as he should have done, that line would have read 'I was inspired by my brother's robbery' (not saying it was a robbery, i haven't seen that fight, just saying how the narrative would have changed).Comment
