    What I heard today...

Matchroom show at the Echo Arena on March 30th.

    David Price vs Dave Allen
    Anthony Fowler vs Scott Fitzgerald
Robbie Davies Jnr in a “big fight”, I’m guessing it’s either Joe Hughes for the EBU, or maybe Tommy Coyle.

    Update:
    Isaac Chamberlain vs Craig Glover.
Liam Smith has also been announced for the card.

I reckon we could see Callum Smith on that card, defending his title at home.

My prediction is that he'll defend his title against WBA no.1 contender, John Ryder. http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/545557

Canelo will likely fight at 160 next so Hearn would likely match him against Ryder, who fights under Matchroom also. Smith defending his title on that date in Liverpool. Makes sense and will sell out. Allows Smith to fight later that year against Canelo or somebody else in another part of the UK.

Was it true that Sky Sports aired zero title fights on non-PPV shows in 2018? Hard to believe, but if true, having Smith defend his title on this card would be going against what they did in 2018. Fighting an opponent like Ryder makes sense though I guess.

Lol Hearn needs to take care of **** in the states first. Allen probably beats Price though.

              "Anthony Fowler vs Scott Fitzgerald"

This is an exciting good fight ...other ones are crap tho. I'll watch Price vs Allen just for the laughs

Allen takes Price into deep waters and drowns him.
