      You kidding.
It's not the rounds that are trivial it's the scoring.

I think the rounds play a big role... If a judge has it 6-6, it's obviously a draw

Secondly, maybe the criteria should be updated and reduce the criteria to no more than 3 things... What that is? Not sure... Suggestions?

No. They need to allow judges to score rounds that really are even as even rounds instead of being forced to give a dead even round to one boxer or the other. Not that long ago judges were allowed to score even rounds and it worked well. In many fights there are a round or two that are even with nothing to separate either boxer as the winner of the round. Just call those rounds even because that is what they are.

Remove judging from the sport altogether. It ain't figure skating.

KOs and TKOs win fights as usual.

But score only knockdowns for decisions. If you can get knockdowns using a jab off the back foot all night, go for it. Otherwise, you're not ever going to win a decision.

Any disputed or missed knockdowns can be subject to a review by five video officials between rounds, watched also by the entire viewing public. You wanna screw a fight for a crooked promoter? Let's see you do it in front of everyone.

By these rules, Wilder would have beaten Fury 2-0. The fighter willing to commit to his punches gets rewarded; the one fighting to survive can get a draw at best.

If these changes are deemed too radical, then ffs remove the 10-point-must rule which is ripe for abuse. It allows corrupt and incompetent judges to use swing rounds to rob fighters. These should be scored 10-10 (or better yet 0-0 to make the score totals even easier track).

When did they stop using 6 oz gloves, and when did they stop going 15 rds in Title bouts? Two sluggers should go only 5 rds and must throw over 200 punches per round. Could you imagine Henry Armstrong, he would fight twice a
week and double his total fight score, winning all of them.

Of course not. But it makes it statistically much more unlikely to get a draw.

You mean as in add 13 rounds? So 25 rounds total? That's ******ed man.

Or do you mean like make them 13 rounds total, so add one more round?

Do I get a pass if I'm not safe while posting and I'm outside with bullants, horse flies, giant mosquitos, giant dragonflies, big venomous spiders and snakes?
