it's considered outdated in England I'm sure. the country is far smaller. Despite what is shown on television, America has many incredibly rural and country areas. Areas that don't have LTE yet, some that are still using dial up. The WWE Network is just now starting to recoup it's costs from launch 3 years ago, and they still give the opportunity to purchase the PPV if you can't stream it. I think if DAZN had that option it would help big time.
The WWE Network also benefits from having a catalogue of something like 30+ years worth of PPV and television to watch for WWE, WCW and ECW. Someone like myself who hasn't even watched wrestling since the early 2000's would consider that just for the nostalgia factor.
Plus, streaming a big fight is fun until the second it freezes. I'm annoyed enough when a bootleg stream freezes, but if I'm paying for it and it's cutting between HD and SD or buffering...
