I'm going to tell you what's going to happen.

Wilder is going to continue to say he wants Fury.

Joshua will sign to fight Whyte.

Wilder will pull out of Fury negotiations with excuses.

Wilder will sign to fight Breazeale or some other opponent.

Wilder will fight neither Fury/Joshua next, he knows he'll lose both and the paper title means too much to him.
