Is AJ-Whyte II a foregone conclusion?

Does Whyte have a chance? He has improved in some ways, has a lot more experience. He has the tank to go 12 rounds and still be dangerous, even if he still gasses in the 3rd or 4th. He has demonstrated he has a decent jab, when he can be bothered using it. He also has a cracking left hook. But does he have a chance?

No he doesn't have a chance and it's a pointless exercise.

I heard he walked out of the ring last night while they were talking to Eddie. I hope Whyte is starting to realize that he's just a sacrificial lamb to make AJ look good.

If Wilder ducking Joshua is a foregone conclusion then yes.

I'm talking about the result of the fight, not the possibility of it happening. It is happening 100% because Fury-Wilder II is happening.

He walked out when AJ was talking because he isn't happy being third in line for a shot. That's up to him.. but in a business and a common sense thinking pattern, he is third in line for the April date.

Whyte knows full well he'd never in a million years have gained what he has currently without Hearn and matchroom.

He wouldn't have the money ... The notoriety ..the rankings or the ppv status.

well, I'm glad we both agree with that.

Joshua is a level above Whyte , il be surprised if it goes more than 3 or 4 rounds . Whyte should stick to bum fights and AJ should seek a more challenging opponent

I'd have no problem with this.

He's paid his dues and kept the Ws flowing against some decent opposition.

And yes he certainly has a chance although I still favour an AJ win via late stoppage.

Anyone has a chance of KO, even a homeless man has a chance of KOing AJ, but it’s damn slim on both accounts.

Id say so. From a promoter point of view Whyte deserves a world title fight more than any other heavyweight, and the WBC have screwed him out of the Wilder fight. Venue sold out, will probably do high numbers. If Joshua cant get Wilder or Fury, then it has to be Whyte
