Would Deontay be wise to take a leaf out of Butter Beans book?

As you can see with butter bean putting on weight doesn't slow a punch down that much. It certainly wouldn't slow Deontay down since hes so explosive.

Hes only 215 pounds that's pretty much a cruiserweight or a Light heavyweight in MMA.

He doesn't rely on fast footwork anyway.

Since hes already so powerful would he be wise to increase weight or even significantly increase weight?

His cardio seems very good for an explosive guy and good in general. So he can add more weight without too higher cost to work rate.

With that much power on him (more than now) he might not even need to go past the early rounds?

His punch resistance is chit because he has a pea head and stick legs. So yea, he could do with sturdier legs and a thicker neck for a start.

Hes the most foolish boxer ive seen in terms of wasting potential, every hook punch he throws is worthless and it should be incredibly worth while because of his power but hes messing the hooks up in an effort to hook like Roy Jones Jr.

He's basically fighting with only straight punches. Against boxers that have the full arsenal of punches +

Even if he only threw hooks the text book way which he can do he would be better off, but he keeps slapping

Man as soon as AJ lands on him with a heavy barrage it's over. Dillian Whyte would send him to the shadow realm with that left hook.

Rocky Marciano was 5'10. Joe Louis's height was greatly exaggerated at the "official" 6'2. Judging from pics I'd say Louis was just about 6'. And that's assuming Marciano was actually 5'10.

you're showing a gif of Butterbean hitting a man who had never boxed a round in his life.

I actually think putting on fat is less damaging to your cardio than putting on muscle (which needs oxygen itself and to carry it, fat only needs to be carried) , both increase power pretty much the same way via weight with the edge obviously to muscle as it increase strength often times, it may be better to put on fat than muscle if you want to increase weight?
