Roy Jones Jr. vs Floyd Mayweather Jr.

If they were in the same weight class who would win?

Me personally I think Roy Jones would win because of his style of throwing punches from all types of angles.

Floyd Mayweather > Roy Jones Jr.

I certainly do. Floyd is the better, more well-rounded fighter. He's already fought better opposition than Roy and he has 7-8 fights left before he retires. Mayweather's resume will blow Jones' out of the water when it's over.

Can't argue with Diego, but both fighting at their prime I couldn't tell who'd win, but it would be a great fight.

well actually, flloyd should of lost to castillio. Injury to his shoulder or not, flloyd lost to castilio. Roy never lost in his prime, nor was he ever challenged. He destoryed everyone in his path.

Floyd is my favorite fighter right now, but I think everyone is forgetting how great Roy Jones was. P4P man, he moved up to heavyweight and still dominated Ruiz. I love Roy <3 I hope he stays in boxing as an commentator or analaysts. Great boxing mind.

Diego talkin out of his ass again as usual.

In their prime, I go with Roy due to styles. Roy has fought someone with a similar style to Floyd, and we all know how that fight went. And Floyd doesn't have the kind of pop to get Roy's respect either.
