Head injuries are different, man. A guy with AIDS is at no (or minimally) greater risk than anyone else of receiving a fatal or crippling injury in the ring, but a critical head injury leaves you vulnerable (or potentially so) forever. If he was young there's a chance he might be re-licensed in a few years, but at his age and with an injury this serious? Not a chance I'd say. In fact from the few Doctors statements about this type of injury in general, dude will be lucky not to have to live with permanent disability.
