He is probably going to try to leverage getting Canelo next as part of a DAZN deal especially since he has other options. But, with Canelo, GGG, Andrade and others with DAZN, I think he ends up there.

I'm sure BOTH want the Canelo fight Guaranteed before committing to DAZN but I don't think either have to sign with DAZN to get the Canelo fight that was just Eddie Hearn doing what he does best and that is "RUNNING HIS MOUTH" but Eddie has ZERO control over what Canelo and GBP are doing he just likes to pretend like he does

Danny is staying with DAZN. He could re-sign with Hearn or sign with GB. Most likely GB.

Canelo is facing Jacobs next. It is an easy win. Jacobs is a very good fighter, but he is a league or two below guys like Canelo and Charlo. No one believes Jacobs will beat Canelo. No one. But Jacobs is good business for everyone involved. Some people know him for (for losing to g). He is hyped up by many. He is just good enough to be credible, get some new subscribers for DAZN, and it will lock him up with DAZN for a while. It is great for GB and Canelo, as it gives them an easy out to avoid Canelo's mandatory Charlo.

Now that Jacobs has a real chance of fighting Canelo next, lets see him challenge Charlo. When Jacobs had no chance to face Canelo and Charlo was Canelo's mandatory Danny sure wanted to fight for that mandatory position. Lets see him hop in the ring and challenge Jermall tonight.

The only reason Jacobs wanted Charlo and the only reason Charlo didn't is because Charlo was/is the WBC mandatory. Jacobs proved that by hopping in the ring to say he wants Canelo and seems afraid to even mention the name Charlo. Jacobs is a really a lesser version of Charlo. Both have good defense, but Jacobs is much like Broner. He avoids too many power shots, but he covers up and doesn't throw enough to win rounds. He did it against g and almost lost to the prospect Derev. Jacobs doesn't have power either. Charlo can box and move, his defense is very good and includes superb countering, and he has one punch knockout power. Canelo fans and Haymon haters will be happy that Canelo will win another fight easily against Jacobs though.

The bad news for Canelo: If Canelo wins the IBF belt, they don't mess around with mandatories. And the WBC mandatory is next up. Which means Canelo will likely be ordered to fight Jermall for September.

"Houston’s Charlo (27-0, 21 KOs) and Jacobs were involved in a highly publicized confrontation in a Barclays Center hallway March 3. That incident intensified interest in a middleweight bout between them."

MAN UP! Settle this beef Danny, then go to DAZN!
