    Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez (39-0) capped off a successful 2018 with a majority decision victory over Jesse Hart (25-2) in a rematch of their 2017 fight. Ramirez won by scores of 115-113 twice and 114-114. For the year Ramirez went 3-0 with 1 knockout.

      Arum doesn't get him unification fights at this division. What makes anyone think top rank can or would do something big for Ramirez at 175? It's a much higher profile division at this time. More noticeable fights against familliar names at 168 will get the fans intetest. Then go to 175..

            arum has two of the four light heavyweight champs might add another in beterbiev or bivol. arum doesn't promote any of the other champs at 168 those fights would be harder to make. zurdo can get a title shot at 175 easily plus he's really a light heavyweight who's time has come to move up.
