Doubt its happening. There was a purse bid yesterday, WBC Final Eliminator, Selby vs Julius Cesar Martinez. Mexican side won the bid, so hes off to Mexico. Interestingly Tom Brown bid on Selby's behalf, so I assume hes going with PBC.
