I think we saw head to head that marco is the better fighter. I think the last fight with Pac left a real bitter image of erik for me and although Barrera has been stopped like that he's come back and looked after that, just from what i think each guy has left in the tank i think barrera will be ranked higher when all is said and done.

I'd be more hard pressed to form an argument why Marco is better.

Their one on one fights could EASILY be 2-1 Erik, and I dont mean "If erik had just done this diffrent..." I mean the existing fights could have easily been scored 2-1 erik.Which is what I think people are basing their arguments on.

I think Erik fought the best competition consistently,I think both their careers are done really,Marco didnt look so hot in his last outiong either, what puts it over the top for me is how Erik went out of his way to beat the guys that beat Marco.

I always thought erik was the better quality fighter in their one on one mathces too, even in the third fight which was the one erik clearly lost, at the 8th round and on when erik finally picked it up,the diffrence in quality punching was clear to me.I thought it was definetly erik.

i don't know i scored the first and the third fight pretty clearly for Barrera. the second one i scored for Erik but we all know the fights were close enough to go either way, i think the third was a bit clearer towards barrera but i should rewatch it. i do believe that of late Erik's competition has been better but he has been LOSING, while barrera has been fighting lesser fighters but winning, although Juarez gave him problems i still felt that he won more rounds and won it fairly. Rocky seemed to win his rounds more decisively though so it appears a close fight.

I just think that becaus barrera owns the head to head, has come back from being considered finished twice, and is finishing a bit stronger than Erik he will end up being ranked higher, and rightfully so.

Im saying they would hate on him if Pacquiao never would of beat Morales cause hes Mexican, just how they diss all other Mexican fighters like Barrera, Marquez, etc.
