Today Stiverne is 40 so simple math tells you Ortiz is 48-49 if that information is truthful.

I chose to believe Ortiz. He says he is 39 and has no reason to lie that I can think of. If he was 48 and said so nobody would take his boxing license and nobody would send him back to Cuba. He doesn't look 48 and he doesn't fight like a 48 year old. He looks 39 and fights like a good 39 year old which is still pretty damn old for a boxer. I think he's 39. His face can look a bit old at times but the same applies to many people, some people just have that kinda face. I'd say Tyson Fury looks older than 30 but nobody says anything.

Also, his amateur background would roughly tie in with him being about late 30's, early 40's.
