I think Casamayor fans are the most biased and ignorant fans out there. They usually know a lot about boxing but forget everything when it comes to Casamayor fights. According to most of his fans, he's never lost a fight. He lost to Freitas in a close fight that he could have won or drawn if not for point deductions. Most Casamayor fans say he won. He clearly lost to Corrales in the rematch, losing 8 or 9 rounds, but his fans say he won on the grounds that he was outboxed and scored a late fight knockdown as though it counted for 4 or 5 rounds. He was dominated by Castillo in terms of rounds, though he made Castillo earn the rounds. His fans of course say he put on a boxing exhibition, despite getting busted up like never before by the harder hitting and iron-chinned Castillo, who almost stopped Casamayor in the last round. My question now is: if Casamayor loses 10 rounds on Friday will his fans suggest he won? Should they be allowed to or have we let them get by with more than enough ignorance?
If Casamayor is dominated on Friday, will his fans say he clearly won?

7Yes, they cannot accept that their fighter was beat under any circumstances85.71%6No, they will finally give up on defending Joel's losses14.29%1Tags: None -
All he has to do, is land 1 nifty little counterpunch.....then wiggle his shoulders and the round automatically goes to him.
Even if he gets knocked down.....that's how they score his fights.

Why is it that almost every time you're on here posting you're being a complaining little *****?
Don't you have anything better to do?
A lot of people like Cassamayor, and rightfully so. Whether you thought he won a lot of those fights or not, he's just about fought on par with every fighter he's ever faced.
Everytime I see you posting you're bitching about somthing negative.
Why do you even watch boxing?
Is there anyone or anything you like about it?

I love watching Corrales crush his foes with his heavy hands. I love seeing the right guy get the decision. I love the attitude of young guys like Jermain Taylor. I love seeing the guys that deserve it get canned (Judah). I love slugfests like Mormeck vs. Bell and Brewster vs. Liakhovich.Originally posted by Bozo_no noWhy is it that almost every time you're on here posting you're being a complaining little *****?

I hate bitching from Casamayor fans who can never admit their boy lost.Comment

But you have NO IDEA how to score fights, so who are you to paint a whole group of people with the same brush based on your tiny view.
Cassamayor is an under rated fighter. There are those who take that one step too far, but it's not like they're any more delusional than you are about 80% of the things you talk about.
This is just another example of a thread that makes this fourm watered down and boring.
You're just bitching for the sake of bitching.Comment

This is a PERFECT example. If this is what you like, why do you focus your attention on it by bitching about Castillo?
How long are you going to keep that ****** photo in your avatar?
You're a big Corrales fan, and you go about that by trashing the **** out of Castillo every chance you get.
Let it go already.Comment

I will never stop trashing Castillo no matter what happens from now on out. This is one grudge I will hold to the end. I refuse to let his people treat him as some kind of a brave warrior for pulling the **** he did against Corrales in the rematch and what he tried to pull in the third fight. No, sir, no thank you.
Why do you say I can't score fights. I score a fight, then I go back and I watch the rounds in slow motion when it's a close fight. I really do this, and you really see what lands and what doesn't and you find out how keen your eye is. If you go put Castillo vs. Casamayor in your VCR and watch it in slow motion, you'll see how blind you really are.Comment

You scored the first Jones Tarver fight for Tarver. Enough said.Originally posted by DiegoFuegoI will never stop trashing Castillo no matter what happens from now on out. And then every time there after that I've seen you talk about a fight you scored, it's obvious how clueless you are.
I didn't even mention the Castillo Cassamayor fight. I just said that you're over reacting, and bitching out of negativity.
It's one thing to blast for Castillo for not making weight for those fights, but your hating, ranting, and talking about how he did it out of fear makes you look like an idiot.
All I see you do here is vent about what you don't like. It's boring.

You have said this to me about 100 times, but I never scored that fight for Tarver. I had it a draw so cut the **** already because you've been saying it for months, you old creap. All you ever do is use the same old lines on everybody whose opinion differs from yours. You're this old geezer trying to take command of a boxing website that was made for debating. But you never debate. All you do is call the other person an idiot or a child and neglect the argument at hand because you're no good at getting your point across. Your point every time is just that the other person is ****** or racist for believing something. People like you don't have many friends because you're so close-minded about everything. It's your opinion or not worth listening to every time. I can't believe I even waste time arguing with you, and honestly I'm not going to do it anymore. You need to find some happiness in your life. I can make fun of Casamayor fans if I want without it making me a hateful kid.Originally posted by Bozo_no noYou scored the first Jones Tarver fight for Tarver. Enough said.
