I DO think this fight happens,but not next,It will likely be next yr,I think Canelo will face boopoo in may because he has a belt & because he would get kod by Canelo which would be perfect for cinco de mayo,& then hed face Charlo in September. But who knows,he does have an 11 fight deal.

if that's accurate, then that's a soft move on Oscar's part. You can't talk about wanting the best fights and follow up a soft touch like Canelo vs fielding and immediately dismiss jacobs as an option for may. Nobody should be cool with Canelo vs lemieux.

Jacobs is a good solid boxer but Canelo is superior

Daniel Jacobs is a solid boxer but would fall to Canelo in a lopsided loss being stopped and finished fairly easy.

IBF changed their rules since Jacobs got the big weight advantage against GGG skipping the second day weighin and throwing their title shot in the trash. He won’t have that advantage against Canelo and will lose against the bigger steak eating version of Canelo
