  • Comments Thread For: Shawn Porter Calls Errol Spence 'Boogeyman of The Division'

Two-time welterweight current WBC champion Shawn Porter called IBF counterpart Errol Spence "the boogeyman of my weight class" during Saturday's initial episode of "Inside PBC Boxing" on FOX. The 31-year-old Porter (29-2-1, 17 KOs) serves as a lead analyst on the Premier Boxing Champions' studio show along with three-division title winner Abner Mares, whose initial guests were WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (40-0-1, 39 KOs) and IBF/WBA 154-pound champion Jarrett Hurd (23-0, 16 KOs).

At least Shawn admitted Spence is the boogieman of the division and maybe Shawn don't fear Spence but he sure as fucc isn't in a hurry to share a ring with him or thrilled with the idea of fighting him... That's a fact!

I enjoyed the PBC programming. Itll be interesting to see how they build the team out.

They should consider a contender type of series for some PBC affiliated guys too. They could probably do it for the 147/154 weight classes. That would be a good look.

                  Porter lol...

Porter is a huge competitor and wants to keep hyping up Spence to build interest. He said " you'll call him the boogeyman" lol clever but I know Porter want that challenge. Most underrated fighter in boxing! Supreme conditioning, brawler/ rhythm boxer with punching power and will......out of this world
