Bingo thats how I took this. Why is Hearn pretending to talk on behalf of other ent ities that he has no say over? Oscar and Canelo got their own direct deals with DAZN you outside that loop let DAZN exec Skipper talk about what DAZN wants from Golden Boy cards or Oscar shut the phuk up Hearn. And he's speaking on Jacobs who has done everything to let the public know he's not signed to you that deal ended with his last fight on HBO. His own manager basically told you shut the phuk up you don't call the shots. And last he can't speak on who Canelo wants to fight.

This loud mouth does way too much talking and DAZN is lucky as phuk HBO folded and Oscar came to DAZN to save the day. Hearn was a bust on DAZN and couldn't get top guys to sign and has had shyt attendance trying to promote fights in the US. Talk about Joshua and fights you promote and fighters you have under contract. You don't speak for Golden Boy, Canelo or DAZN's deal with them.

DAZN will want him winning and it looks good if he’s demolishing people, especially since he has a history of excellence against all calibers of fighters.

It also benefits DAZN to keep Danny winning and letting him in the ring after Canelo fights. No callout needed. Kept it classy and they both acknowledged each other in a show if mutual respect.

Thats all Danny needed to do. A quick “i see you” was enough.
Alvarez had an entire year off in between GGG fights. Are you suggesting that he only has to take one competitive fight per year?

Wanting and getting are two different things Eddie Hearn.. I knew this was going to happen they were going to try and influence canelo's fights because of the large contract signing but DLH and Canelo are going to call the shots

Heck if Hurd moves up that would be an option for Canelo as well due to more entertainment value than Jacobs. I like Jacobs a lot however monetarily Golden Boy has far too many better options.
Erick Gomez working on it already..

I'm willing to pay for my boxing (unlike a lot of cheap asses) but unless Dazn puts on a card worthwhile I won't be subscribing. With the exception of the andrade/Bjs fight that ultimately didn't happen, I haven't seen many fights or cards that intrigue me in the slightest. I know they've only just begun so I'm waiting to see how things take shape in 2019.

Hopefully they put a few matchmaking stipulations in that massive contract so they have influence over at least a percentage of the opponents cinnamon picks.

I'm very interested in seeing him against Jacobs. Hopefully he doesn't put one of his patented rehydration clauses in the contract. We know how cinnamon likes to have all the advantages.

Btw NO ONE WANTS TO SEE A THIRD GGG FIGHT!

Canelo gonna be 61-1-2 when he closes out this contract.

I favor Canelo over the best at MW. As for the next opponent I say its BJS, most logical, bigger name in the UK N better wins than Jacob's, Boo Boo, Charlo. I doubt Charlo faces any of them, unfortunately as hes a PBC guy. Jacobs is a worthy opponent but he can still make a better case for himself by facing and defeating another candidate... they all can. Sucks as a fan when its difficult to get these guys in the ring with each other.

He’s only going to fight twice a year. Whether he went a year off or not, it doesnt change the fact the GGG fights were really tough, especially the way he fought the second time.

No fighter fights the best guy out every time, much less at the beginning of an 11 fight contract with guaranteed money. It’s unrealistic. Fighting Fielding wasn’t just about a soft touch, but a chance to not have as tough a camp or make weight.

Whether we agree with it or not, it’s just not condusive to a long career. The guy is currently the undisputed champ at 160. Everyone will have to get in line and guys are going to have to fight each other for a change and for a chance to fight him. You think DAZN is going to pay a guy to go through this gauntlet

GGG 3, Danny Jacobs, BJS, Andrade, Charlo, one of the 54 guys, Callum Smith, Ramirez, Uzcategui, and Benavidez to finish out the 10th fight?

Think Oscar would just randomly put him in the toughest available fights against these guys without letting some of them fight for it?

Canelo is already the star. Already the king at 160. I’d love the dude to go out and fight all these guys, but it’s easy for me to say. I’m not the one fighting or going through the rigors of the training camp for that type of fight where most of that wear and tear builds.

We’ll be lucky to get half of those and we’ll be grateful because when it’s all said and done, he’ll have made tougher/bigger fights than all of them (so long as he wins of course)

It’s still a business and it’ll be to everyone’s benefit if some of these guys fight each other to earn the right and pique our interest as fans as wortht challengers.

Outside of GGG and Jacobs, no one has done a whole lot to separate themselves as REAL challengers.

An interesting question would be how much say to Canelo and Oscar actually get?

Its a strange look to have Oscar saying fights aren't going to happen, then having Eddie over here saying, actually, DAZN wants these fights to happen.

Its almost like he is publicly reminding Oscar that he doesn't call the shots anymore.
