It's downright criminal that Johnny Tapia isn't in the IBHOF yet.

To put it bluntly, he isn't worthy of the hall.

I know some will mention Gatti being in and all that, but if you're using that as some kind of measuring stick then I guess anyone who wins a couple of fights against good fighters gets in. And that shouldn't be the reason for passing.
