He's the best in the sense of talent and who'd beat who but his one fight a year schedule hinders his ranking. He had a great win back in, what April or May? Since then nothing. One fight a year for the past four years is awful. I get the impression he's fine with it too.

Hoping for Russell vs. Santa Cruz next year.

Valdez is king of the division! No one else has his determination. GRJ is another duck and runner from any true threat. The fact that they all would beat Mares makes his opinion rediculous to me. Katie Taylor would school Mares and GRJ in the same night. She'd need to go down in weight by about 6 lbs. Could be unfair to those two featherweights though.
