No doubt Russell Jr is the most talented but I can't rate him over Santa Cruz. He hasn't proven he's better with his level of competition.

Even though I don't really hold the Lomachenko loss against him it wasn't a good look for him. It was clear Lomachenko was a level above him the start. The fight really wasn't close.

Problem is he still has yet to beat anyone of note. An old shot Gonzalez and JoJo Diaz isn't saying much. GRJ talks more about fighting top fighters but usually just fights once a year. He should of been fighting LSC next instead he's still MIA

There were many that felt Jo Jo Diaz was going to win that fight! After GRJ did his thing, it's easy to downplay the victory! However, I agree, that GRJ has to face LSC in 2019! I would love to see him move to 130 and fight Tank (DC vs. B-More), but it probably won't happen!

I know this fits your agenda but this is pure bu!!shyte the reason Russell has few fans is that he rarely fights. He only fights every 18 months or so. Hell there are plenty of baseball players that fight more often than that

Seriously doubt it but what a great matchup. Santa Cruz work rate vs Russell skill and power. I'd pick Russell every time.

Russell beats them all at the weight. Too bad he doesn't fight very much. Talented guy though.

Looking forward to him and tank at 130 one day (might be wishful thinking).
