Hooker has improved since Darlys for sure. I was very impressed with his last 2 fights. But Linares is no face first punching bag like saucedo so it should be a good fight if it happens.

I'd be alright with Algieri if he picked up some wins or something first

Hooker looked really good last fight. He is very accurate with the long powerful straight right and Linares's chin is not that good. I think Hooker knocks him out.

Would love to see this fight.

I think Linares' speed and combination punching can confuse Hooker. Hooker is on an impressive run with the Flanagan, Saucedo W's and also has the height/reach advantage over all 140 it feels like, I just think Linares' style and experience would too much.

I'm tired of doubting Hooker though.

Saucedo sucks and was a glorified club fighter, Linares actually brings skills and championship experience to the table. Good fight.

Linares is the more intelligent, technical fighter but Hooker's range and handspeed could cause him major problems
