Promoter Oscar De La Hoya announced early Sunday morning that Mexico's Munguia has entered a co-promotional agreement between his company and Zanfer Promotions. WBO top 15 ranking. J-Rock is fighting Hurd so he's out of the equation. I can see Brook taking the fight if he doesn't get Khan because of the DAZN/Hearn relationship. I wouldn't have a problem with a Brook-Munguia fight.
